Thank you for choosing Limestone Herb Gardens for your most recent purchase. Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with any of the products you received, please follow our returns and exchange procedure so that we can address any issues in an effective and convenient manner.
PURCHASES:
When you order from Limestone Herb Gardens your personal information is protected. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), the industry standard, for encrypting all personal information, including name, address and credit card information. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal as payment methods.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
We have chosen DHL as our standard shipping carriers. Please allow 7-14 business days for standard ground delivery. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.
Orders upgraded to 2 Day Air or Next Day Air (if available) are shipped the same business day if received before 12:00 PM (noon) EST.
Currently, we do not ship anywhere outside of the United States.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All custom orders and special orders are considered FINAL sales unless damaged or destroyed while in transit.
Limestone Herb Gardens will accept returns within 30 days of purchase and will exchange it for a new product or offer a full refund of the product purchase price.** All items must be in their original packaging. We will not accept any worn, laundered, or damaged merchandise (unless damaged in transit or due to manufacturer defect) for return or exchange.
Please contact us via email at support@limestoneherbs.com prior to returning any and all products. You will be issued a Return Authorization # that you will need to reference on the outside of the returned package, preferably below the address. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt of the item(s).
Shipping charges are non refundable. Credit for shipping will only be provided if Limestone Herb Gardens inadvertently shipped the wrong item(s). We can only credit the card used for the original purchase.
